Which Dictator Killed The Most?

They say that it takes compassion for humanity, love for country, and a strong pursuit of justice and mercy to become a strong and respected leader of the masses. However, every once in a while, there are politicians or generals who decide to do things their own way. These cold-blooded dictators do not care for the value of life as much as they do for achieving their selfish motives of domination, power and immortality.

This list shows worldwide dictators ordered by the number of killings, one drop, one million dead. Of course, the winner is Mao, followed by Stalin and then Hitler. I really hope hell exists and all of them are in there in some major eternal pain.

Here is the List:

1. Yacubu Gowon: Nigeria (1966-1975), (Total killis: 1.1m)
2. Mengistu Hailem Mariam: Ethiopia (1974-1991), (Total killis: 1.5m)
3. Kim II Sung: North Korea (1948-1994), (Total killis: 1.6m)
4. Pol Pot: Cambodia (1963-1981), (Total killis: 1.7m)
5. Ismail Enver Pasha: Turkey (1913-1919), (Total killis: 2.5m)
6. Hideki Tojo: Japan (1941-1944), (Total killis: 5.0 m)
7. Leopold II Of Belgium: Belgium (1865-1909), (Total killis: 15.0m)

10.Mao Zedong: China (1943-1976), (Total killis: 78.0m)

Disclaimer: There is a mistake in this infographic. Turkey as a country exists since 1923, before that region the infographic refers to was known as an Ottoman Empire. Also, İsmail Enver Pasha wasn't a dictator, he was a general in Ottoman army and a leader of the 1908 Young Turk Revolution.
